Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy welcomed a little brother for 7 year-old-Ryder, Kate’s first born with ex-husband Chris Robinson. They are the proud parents of a healthy baby boy who was born on July 9th, 2011. Both children’s have fathers who are rockers; Robinson is with Black Crowes, and Bellamy is the front man for Muse.
Kate says this pregnancy was different from the first in that her craving tended to run to the bland foods instead of the spicy foods she craved with Ryder. She preferred fruit for snacks and nothing too heavy. She was also very sick in the beginning with this pregnancy, and states that each pregnancy was totally different from the each other.
While on the Today Show back in April of this year, pregnant Kate suddenly blurted out that also they haven’t made an official announcement, she and Bellamy were now engaged. She also commented that she felt so silly making the announcement and she was actually waiting for someone to notice. Kate says she is excited about her new baby and thinks Bellamy is a beautiful man, and their plans for the future include doing the baby thing for just a bit before tying the knot.
The couple is keeping the proposal a very closely guarded secret, only revealing that it was very sweet and romantic.
